These terms cover your use of the The Home Build Club website and client platform. The Home Build Club is operated by [Legal entity name] (company number [00000000]), [Registered office address], London. The building and design work on any project is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you before work begins; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything. Any estimate or budget we discuss before a signed agreement is a guide only.
Clients get access to our platform to follow their project: programme, site updates, documents, variations and stage payments. Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. Variations and payments you approve on the platform are treated as your written instruction.
We work hard to keep programme and cost information current, but dates are estimates and can move with site conditions, approvals and supply. We will always tell you when they do.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibilities for the works themselves are set out in your project agreement.
